I work out daily, I’m 42 I do cardio, strength and hitt workouts I can’t get over 180 and I’m still a size 10. I’ve been here for almost 2 years. I have not gained but I have not loss.
For me when I'm at BP I eat 8 inch regular crust pizza or 10 inch thin crust. Chicken and vegetables or beef and vegetables. Medium pizza should be ok because it's not a large. But Medium is meant for 2 to 3 people so even if you hade Medium thin crust that is still meant for 2 people sad but true. 8 inch or 10inch thin crust is meant for one person. Anyway my point is this is how your suppose to eat when you sometimes go to resturants if having pizza. I was surprised when I found out how bad a Medium pizza is, because it's not a large or extra large so how can it be bad. I have rules I follow when sometimes at restaurants. Knowbody wants to share pizza with me anymore when I'm with one other person because I would want to share a Medium thin crust, apparently I'm no longer fun to share a pizza.

I never weight myself, I mesure myself, I prefer this way. Thx for your videos, it gives me strength to keep going in my healthy way of life. I dont call it diet cause diets dont last
I will add that maybe hormones don't help you in your weight loss journey. I had been doing my proper nutrition diet, my workouts and nothing was working. I regulated my hormones and now everything is going well.
I'm 60. Was fit and dieter up to 52. Then stopped working out and gained 30 lbs. How do I find out what cals and macros I need to lose 30 lbs in menopause? What worked before no longer does. Im 5'9" thank you

In my case the key was to find out what my allergies are. And that I have SIBO. I recommend everyone to do so. Your belly and especially body should rest from some part of food and you feel see immediate results! Better skin, more energy and less problems with loosing weight
