Too bad the difference between small and big calories wasn't mentioned, cos that made me wondering how can human need 2000 kilocalories a day if slice of pizza contains 200 calories. Do I need 10 000 slices a day?
No. There's big calories and small ones. One kilocalorie is usually one thousand of small ones aka one big calorie. So it should be mentioned what calorie you're talking about.
