8-12 sets of barbell squats
8-12 sets of Hamstring curls

12-14 sets of calf extensions
8-12 sets of Glute extensions or other glute exercises
BONUS EXHAUSTION LIFT
4+ sets of deadlifts
Just like with lots of other exercises, don't count reps. Go till failure on each set. 8 sets minimum and 12 sets max, though do as many sets as you can instead of just 12.
Leg press and hip thrusts are optional.
I just want to be happy😭
Don’t look like the characters…hit legs
this content is theeeeee best i ever watch keep it going
But doing cardio isnt good between sets right? I heard that if youre doing upper body workouts you should avoid doing upper body cardio because they’re two types of workout, same for legs too if you do a weighted leg workout you shouldnt then go for a run because the weighted workout is trying to make the muscle get bigger while the cardio does the opposite so it’ll be much harder to put on muscle
What happens if i join a gym and never go😂
If the gym has a pool right after i recommend you swim it’s so relaxing
Perfecto. The video covered all the topic I should know. Brilliant work!
I'm hitting the gym 5 days a week for a month. Gain goals!
If anyone is watching this and expecting reduced appetite after a workout, don't get your hopes up lol. I am absolutely ravenous after a workout. I've never heard of anyone wanting to eat less of a workout either... any time I've seen people discuss the topic they refer to getting more hungry, not less hungry after working out.
Bros 1st workout must of been crazy
there's waking up and being unable to move because of overexercising and then there's just leg day
Progressive Overlord is the key to building muscle 💪
The overworking kind of scares me, cause idk if I’m overworking, I hit chest 3 times a week and 3 times a week back and bi. And 7th day I do runs. But I feel find the next day after my workout. I have been working out 23 days significantly
I’ll say this rn 99.999% of the people watching this video will never have to worry about over training. So don’t use it as an excuse
its time to grind!!!
this ghostbusters theme 😂
okay, 5’ 8” sat at 140lbs(pretty small) in september and worked out a bit in the past but nothing last 30 lbs dumbbells. This was new I got superset pre-workout, creatine, and protein powder ate 2800- 3000 calories a day or just ate whenever I was kinda hungry and ate to when I was really full (compared to a cut where you eat till your satiated and hungry kinda often). With this I worked out 4-6 times a week for 1.5-2 hrs a week, progressively overloading, doing 3-4 exercises a muscle group twice a week and pushing (40lbs week 3, 42.5 week 4… week 8 47.5lbs, etc.) and in 5 months you might look like that. I’m on my way and it’s been tough
This is completely unscientific but, i think people have a limited amount of heartbeats an excercise is basically wasting them. Take this with a grain of salt tho coz i consider myself allergic to exercise, so it could be bias.
