Gross to crickets. Why are people trying to change my culture and force us to eat foods we do not want? However, using crickets to feed chickens seems like a good idea.
I love all the information, but the link between saturated fat and heart disease has since been debunked and the correlation is weak if non-existent. Same with eating cholesterol from meat and eggs -- your body just absorbs less and/or makes less of its own cholesterol.
