EERO has one major flaw. If it loses internet on the main eero, it stops functioning as a local router. So, if internet goes down, you can’t control or operate local devices such as printers, lights and speakers, etc.

The first choice is basically the same as the second choice. The 6GHz band is used for backhaul & they're both basically tested at the same speed in reviews. Even though an 800 price difference.
