I recc rear delt fly’s too and the seated delt fly machine, some of the exercises are targeting more upper trapezius than the rear delt

This is like my every day arm routine and my shoulders are loving it!! With face pulls I usually hold my hands the other way bc that makes me feel it more is that bad?
