Ready to learn what are the best exercises for muscle growth?! FULL GYM 2.0!!! 🤍bit.ly/fullgym2 PPL PROGRAM: 🤍bit.ly/GETRHPPL FULL GYM PROGRAM: 🤍bit.ly/fullgymprogram 30 DAY GARAGE PROGRAM: 🤍bit.ly/3igtiIF This was a big eye-opener for me so I think it's going to blow your mind as well. Starting with biceps, I remember the first bodybuilding magazine I read had an article on wide grip curls for your short head and close grip for your long head... Turns out that was overstated at best, from my initial tests it has little to no effect. Not only that I also tested incline curls that SHOULD target the long head of your bicep but no matter what angle I positioned the bench at it targeted the short head the most followed by the brachialis. In terms of chest, there were also a few surprises, the first being what a great exercise coffin presses are. They actually do a phenomenal job at keeping your anterior delts out of the exercise. If you're someone who often has their shoulders dominate their chest workouts then from my tests, you should start with decline movements, then flat, followed by a coffin variation, and finally hit an incline variation. Rear delts were also a shock and they really shouldn't of been considering how often I feel my trap engagement during certain exercises but there are a couple of good variations that will definitely help you keep your traps out of the exercise and build those rear delts! #buildmuscle #workout #biggerarms
Please!!!!!!
Very interested!
TRAPS !!!!!!!!!
Great stuff. A compilation for all body parts would be orgasmic...literally.
Not gonna lie i follow you only since you got that device. So yeah more videos about it
Love these videos🔥🔥🔥
Keep it going!!!!
Thank you for your insights into "muscle activation". It will be interesting to see the type of movements that come on on top!
Many surprises congratulations for tout reseach which will Dave us time
UPPER chest is some wild wild wild animal to hunt down :D, would love the series of upper chest activation!
awesome can't wait for the body part videos
i'm interested
Series it up !!!!
Just don't use the traps on reverse fly's? Why would you limit range of motion of the delt and help out with trap that is like 10 times stronger then your delt? Fully contract the traps throughout the movement, they will have nowhere to go, completely eliminating involvement.
Spider curl is missing in emg activation series
Ok I tried this yesterday, and felt each rep better than anything I was doing before. Definitely worth a try.
How much triceps activation in rear delta exercise demonstrated?
...bicep contraction...raising the arm...more flexion... Maybe more flexion occurs because of new resistance from the tricep & /or deltoid. Muscles contour. Planking is super relevant. "Superman plank"...always seemed to be the most gainful plank exercise. "Transverse superman planks" may be more relevant than exercise science knows; currently. Planking is to posture/alignment...as swimming is to muscle system inclusion/exertion. Also, low quality repetition may only effect ligature tissue(the white meat at the end of muscle). After blood infusion, "the pump" goes away because ligature stretching of muscle tissue is what actually occurred.
Great video, but..
What is the brand of the equipment you are using for ENG and EMG measurements? It all looks and sounds great, but your setup needs corrigion for possible confirmation bias since your point of view is to give your best suggestion of exercises tested on your body only. Firstly you could discuss the placement of the diodes and secondly the credibility of them being able to measure more profound muscle layers such as m. brachialis while having two other diodes on your arm so closely to eachother. I think you did a great job, but calling this science is not entirely correct according to my scientific background. Would you agree?
