When you goal is all out fat loss because when you do you increase fat metabolism. For pure muscle building I'm not too worried about getting husky, focus your carbohydrate intake around your training, 60-90 mins before so you make sure you have enough muscle glycogen... Or you can do what I do and only take in carbs on the day you're training your worst body part. And as for protein it's actually simpler than you think... it's there for protein systhesis..., preventing damage and recovery... Fake science! Stop eating plant protein , whey , pea protein is bullshit .. Animal protein is far better, more absorbable and far better for you in the long run. Also eat the fat from meat. Eat steak ,eggs, bacon ,chicken , fish etc. Protein is the building block for muscle so eat what is by far the best source which is animal based. Protein from eggs has twice the bioavailability than pea or whey protein and also has more essential amino acids etc than the powdered crap. Humans evolved and became what we are today eating meat, far too many veggies there, no wonder you fart a lot .
