It’s easier to be shredded if you’re always shredded. What you do from bulk to lean is the reason why this video exists. This is also why bodybuilding is incredibly unhealthy. It’s a parody of actual wellness.

A lot of effort to finally look ridiculous. It's exactly how body builders look like, especially when the face doesn't match the rest of the body, or they have a peanut in between the legs. I saw so many of them at the gym. Guys, you need a good psychologist support, not a good dietary plan.
