7JMF3PAekBs&t=4m25s 4:25 confused why you would buy a Dumpster for $7500 and not have the construction guys bring one in?
You know you can rent dumpsters....and usually someone else is responsible for delivery and removal.
Not sure why you'd buy one as a home owner. You plan to keep it or something? Pretty strange.
I love how the building PERMIT costs more than the actual design.
Shows you who the real winners are....government always wins :(
This is kinda funny and cute at the same time 😊
This is ludicrous a simple house like that should not cost nearly 3 million. You could build a Palace with that in the 19th century
I'm a "casual fan" of your channel, Strad. I remember a few years back watching one of your videos for the first time. I believe I was looking up something along the lines of affordable lambos..Can't remember exactly. Anyway, it was when you had recently had acquired your Gallardo. From there I watched all your videos at the time then I just kind of forgot about your channel but from time to time I keep coming. Let me tell you, brother. You are, IMHO, one of the most genuine youtubers out there and I AM TRULY HAPPY for how far you've come and how much you've accomplished. I really really hope God keeps blessing you.
I live in UT and am building a house too, same builder who did this, small world! I love how transparent he is here, I dont love everyone asking me about how much a house costs to build just so they can go, "Oh man Id never pay that. thats too high"
This video funny as hell lol running in and out the camera 😂
Just wait until 2024 this house will be bank owned
You seem like a good dude but dam bro you over paid for a lot of this stuff
Honestly $3m is cheap, here in Vancouver you'd be lucky to buy a crack shack in a shit part of town for under $2m, this house would sell for north of $10m-15m+ here in Van City
This is an incredibly unwise, irresponsible way to spend so much money. All purchased during the height of construction expenses and finished just before a recession (possibly one of the biggest seen in decades), when home values are falling dramatically (especially high-end homes) and YouTube ad revenue is way down. Makes no sense at all to my pragmatic mind.
if you ''fear'' the utility bill how about some solar power?
don't know how it's over there but in my country a solar panel pays for itself in about 6 years or less
not even related to this video but Anker is actually a sick brand! great sponsor to have
Bro here in Nigeria concrete is so normal. We use it in every build
Bro use solar panel
i feel like he got ripped off for some parts
Imagine having a mansion and still having neighbors lmao
Bruv, they rinsed you in labour cost 😂
