You would be a fool to take this man’s advice seriously…… he has spent 20 years on steroids and is giving us advice based on his diet and finding’s to his own body shape through diet. Mass amounts of steroids have determined his shape so therefore is irrelevant.

Everybodys body responds different to workouts and or protein intake. I have gained more muscle on fasting and only eating 2 meals a day with an average of 35 to 40 grams of protein per meal then i did when i ate 1 gram of protein per pound eating 4 to 5 times a day. Now i have more energy , feel better, and my pockets have increased. I use to workout every body part 2x a week but unless your taking steroids your going to hurt . I slowed down do on body part a week and even went from 4 to 3 sets only and found that my body is building more muscle, it is better rested, i am not constantly dealing with nagging injuries, and overall feel better.
