sorry so u mean if am eating 3 times per day i must take protien powder 3 times
Just eat good food and workout. Whey Proteins are a huge joke and a scam. Disgsuting
The people who make the most gains are the companies selling protein powder
Istg bulking is hard AF Im having 2 force feed myself to eat enough to put on weight, wich sucks 😂
Before I watch the video, I hope to cover when is the optimal time to take your protien shake, and how often on a weekly basis should you take it :)
I'm testing 0.5g, then increase it if necessary
You can’t cite the World Health Organization with any credibility
Kicks it off with "and I would eat 300-400gs of protein a day" 😂😂
If I close my eyes I can imagine Ben Shapiro giving me health advice.
Have a gulp of shake every time Jeff says the P word and you’ll be fine
Very helpful, thank you!
haha bro steph vs bro jeff
Wtf is this rocket science ? Ahahahah
So glad I found this guy.
YOU JUST QUOTED THE WHO LMFAO SIR....ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! LMFAO
Excellent. One issue I have not seen addressed is that if I need to limit my protein intake (eg budgetary) reasons , if I get the correct amount of protein on my lifting days can I reduce it on my rest days (given that protein storage is minimal). Thanks!
Quick question for the creator I am 6 foot six and 300 pounds how much grams of protein should I eat keep in mind I am working out
1.6g per pound of body weight and just a pinch of steroids.
