Day two of doing this workout! Every muscle hurts but that’s because I havnt worked out in a while. Just wish I could do those side plank pulses gahhh. Hopefully in due time 🤞

Sumo hold is ye hardest it’s like sumo hood for 45 seconds and I only get to like 30 seconds

I really like the exercises but the video is downloaded wrong with the counting a bit frustrating I need to watch it more so i can turn out the sound😅. Overall thx for al does experiences tou do for us very haapy with that big respectable hug from Europe Roberta🤗

Can you please rework on your counting timings, suddenly it gets high and gives disruption during workout. You need to slow it down and make it more practical. In your case it is virtual dummy working out but in reality human cannot do with this speed , types like plank dips, reverse crunches... Thank you.
