Watch this video as I share with you some of my favorite and most effective exercises to work the entire body in the gym. This entire routine can be completed within an hour. I'll be incorporating SUPERSET training to increase fat burning throughout the workout. Remember to keep progressing in each set by increasing the weights slightly. The next time you are in the gym, do try it out!
