About the video: In the last ten years on my fitness journey, I've learned a lot about how to build muscle naturally and how long does it take to build muscle. It's not as simple and easy as most people think. You don't see immediate results from building muscle. Training hard and pushing yourself is essential, but it's just one component for maximizing muscle growth. Nutrition and recovery play an equally important role, and so does your overall lifestyle. As a natural, it's also very important to have the right expectations so you stay committed to your fitness journey long-term. In this video, I share what I believe is the most honest advice I can give you about building muscle as a natural. It's not the typical stuff you hear about protein intake or different exercises, but the truth about how long it will take you to see results, how much muscle I managed to build in 1 year, and what is achievable naturally. About Me: My name is Mario Tomic. I specialize in helping busy entrepreneurs and professionals get their ideal physique in the most efficient way possible and turn it into a lifestyle long-term. Most people don't know that my native language is Croatian and that I worked in computer science before I started my fitness and personal development coaching company. #leanmuscle #buildingmuscle #fitness Disclaimer: Mario Tomic is not a doctor or a medical professional. I can't belive myself. When I stated seeing results, I then thought, Ah cool I can do it, whenever I want, so then I decided, seeing as I can, I'll do it some time later. Only later never came again. Arghh
How about menopausal women?
5 foot 10 inches = 175 cm since 1 inch = 2.5 cm
do you have any info on having a meal chart program?
I have been doing plank, lifting weights, for almost 4 weeks, everyday. The very noticeable difference is my performance. At the beginning I can only do 20 second plank max, now I can do 1 minute 30 second... I know it has to be a routine, EVERYDAY, before sleep. Its hard to turn it into a routine, especially if you have no motivation whatsoever,
So, I think 10lbs is still very attainable. You weren't focused on building muscle you were focused on fat loss. So, it would be a fair to say you didn't give it your all in regards to building muscle. With that in mind your workout routine was probably more cardiovascular seeing as you wanted to reduce body fat. I'd say despite not even trying to build muscle and putting on 5lbs you did amazing.
Bro aren't you going too low on the Leg Press? You could hurt your lower back
Love this video. Absolutely love the pure honesty of it. Great video!
I am now going to gym from last 2 months and I don’t see a noticeable change for which I am worried …Any advice/ suggestions are welcome.
one of most helpful video i watch, thank u.
“Its only after year 4 or 5 that I could look in the mirror and say I have a physique where I look like I lift” Oh god, that is so incredibly discouraging. I can’t wait that long. Im tired of hating my body. I just can’t. I feel like being natty is just not for me. If anabolics can help me achieve that without waiting 4 or 5 years, they are my only option.
What is happening with people, why are so many naked or half naked in thumbnails and videos. Don't people have dignity and manners anymore. This is so overdone, both men and women. We're not meant to just prance in front of the world naked. Whether people taking pictures half naked during diets and weight loss journey's or channels trying to get clicks, it's just ridiculous and sad. Both men and women doing this. God is holy and righteous, this is a sin to be so naked before the world with so many looking just for clicks. Honestly, it's just moving people further and further away from the purpose of life, which is to know God. Salvation is real, Jesus Christ is real, the afterlife is real. Evil is influencing almost every aspect of society, including the fitness realm and fashion. This is just playing right into their hands without knowing it. And there's so much ego and many other things with just creating thumbnails for clickbait and exposing their bodies for attention and clout.. It gets so nauseating honestly bc SO many are doing it. It's making demons very happy seeing human beings behave in this way. Repent and turn to Jesus Christ while there is still time. It's running out quickly and once we take our last breath and step into eternity, there's no coming back and everything changes.
Thank you for this man. I've touched ground when it comes to my gain expectations and now I know that realistically it's gonna take 4 to 5 years before my body starts to faintly look like I lift weights. More people need to see stuff like this because sites like instagram are plagued with unrealistic body transformation posts and all it does is make people quit after 3 months of lifting weights and not seeing results.
I make no progress. I looked the same as I did two years ago. Three. I'm stuck at weight That is below average for an adult male. It's fucking embarrassing and I hate myself
10 years? What were u doing? Sitting ? 😂😂
