And Now Here we are
Today he win the championship in his debut circuit
This car can seemingly only turn by oversteering and sliding the rear tyres!
If Jules didn't had that accident, It was Very possible that we would see some Jules x Lewis, Jules x Leclerc or Jules x Max
Seems like very safe, cautious lap
Someone in 2022 after max win 2nd title ?
Who would have thought his carrier will be full of controversies
The boy is now a double champion. And still a boy who is demon on track
Shame on that weekend we lost jules
His first practice and his win for the 2 championship
Even the bad handling didn't stop max to go all out. That thing is down bad 💀
The FP1 Session for Young Super Max in the same track in 2014 Japanese GP 8 years ago. Now He won the 2nd championship.
Two time World Champion!! Wow!! Impressed everyone from the day he went out on track for the first time
For all who may not know. As first drives go, this did not set the world on fire. He was almost half a second slower than his teammate, Jean-Éric Vergne. People noted Max at the time for his second name (still a lot of Jos Verstappen fans in 2014) and his young age. Verstappen's early years were noted for at times blistering pace, and a lot of very poor mistakes. He reminded me of Takuma Sato at the time - brilliantly fast at times, but inconsistent and extremely aggressive to the point of having a lot of accidents. The second half of 2018 was a turning point for Max, who had a nickname of "crash Verstappen" until that point. The second half of that year was a big improvement and he finished ahead of Ricciardo in the championship for the first time. There was a lot of pressure put on him early in that year, especially after Monaco when he crashed out of qualifying - some people forget this or don't know about it. He took out Riccardo, Vettel, Raikkonen, Hamilton each on multiple occasions in the early years. As Ferrari declined in 2019 & 2020 and RIcciardo moved to mid-table Renault, Verstappen was the only person to have the equipment to come close to Mercedes. The consistent Verstappen we see today is a very different driver, in a very different position to '14 - '18.
Here after his second title win. What a legend!
This kid is doing so well. I hope he wins atleast 2 championships in the future.
and on this Day he won his second title on this track🧡🦁
