I dont get it, when trainers say beginners what kind of level are they talking about?? I did half of this video and now i can barely stand up, sit or walk. Its so hard to be consistent with exercise when the next day you can barely move. Can somebody please recommend videos for extra extra beginners? 😢

I found your channel about a month ago and I'm very thankful. You are the first fitness YouTuber that has several workout videos that I can actually do. Plus you actually do the workouts with us, which is great because it helps me stay steady and focused. Can you do a lower body video with exercises that can be done more so on the mat and less reliant on balancing on one leg? I have Spastic Diplegic Cerebral Palsy so my mobility, flexibility and balance are not great. I can't the exercises you do in your Low Impact Knee Friendly Beginner Workout video, nor can I do the squats or lungesin this video as my knees are great either. However, I can do the Kickbacks, the glute bridges and the stiff deadlifts in this video. I can also do the left lifts and Alternating knee tucks in your 40-minute Total Body Strength Training video. Would be great to have a lower foundation video with exercises that can be done on both feet or on the mat like l described above. I Iike to be able to do most, if not all the exercises in your videos. I get a better a workout that way. Thanks again for being so honest and understanding.
