I've been having some major blips myself. I'm feeling myself start to come out of it but it's been months of being really low so that sucks. Went through a break up, my nan was diagnosed with cancer, friends moving away, etc. I haven't gotten into the fitness side yet and I don't think I have that much mental strength yet. But I've been motivating myself to actually work really hard and do my absolute best at work. The shifts are really tough cause I work in healthcare and they're like 12.5 hours at once but I walk out of the hospital feeling really good. Hopefully I'll build up some momentum and keep going on the right path. Thank you for all of your positivity and kindness, I needed it x

This video was exactly what I needed to see. I pulled the ligament in my knee last year, thanks to an old injury in my ankle that didn't heal right. And I can honestly say that just getting back to walking has been a challenge. Your goal of just going to the gym was definitely something I can relate to. I'm finally getting back into my workouts. Wondering though, whether you could look into exercises and health management tools for individuals with invisible illnesses? I understand there may be greater medical and legal considerations/implications with this but wanted to see just in case.
Especially since long covid has become a phenomenon, invisible conditions such as ME/CFS, POTS and EDS are becoming more recognised in the medical world, and are finally getting more funding to undertake research on the nature and potential cures for these conditions. I was diagnosed with POTS 10 years ago so this situation is almost surreal. Exercise is especially recommended to help manage the debilitating symptoms of POTS, but not generic exercises, all exercises are recommended to be done in the supine position until your body is able to tolerate orthostasis. As you begin exercising as well, sessions should only last up to 30 minutes at most.
If there was an exercise tracking/health management app on the market which directly targeted this audience (POTS etc) I would 1000% purchase this. I’ve tried doing one of your workout programs before but unfortunately it was too intense for my body at that time, so ended up exacerbating symptoms - and that’s totally on me for not listening to my body.
Anyway, enough of the ‘pitch’, but wanted to ‘make contact’ because there’s definitely an unseen market there and I know you’d deliver the best, well-versed health/exercise app for this cohort.

I wanted to say that you are my favourite youtuber because I really feel that unlike so many others you are so genuine. With other fitness youtubers it feels like they don’t properly know what they are talking about but i feel safe listening to ur advice and doing ur workouts. I was sorry to hear about your accident but this video gave me some reassurance. I too had a car crash in October but unfortunately I was seriously injured. Thankfully I survived and my physical injuries are healing. What I found reassuring was the way your crash made you feel. I've been experiencing exactly the same thing. No interest in doing anything, fatigue, lack of appetite, not wanting to go out. I've been getting impatient with myself as I feel that after 3 months I should be back on form, but maybe I'm being unfair on myself and have underestimated the impact that this kind of incident has on us. I'm glad that your feeling better and getting back out there. Hope Mario is ok too. Thanks for sharing your feelings. As someone who is unfit and a lot older than you (I'm 64), it's made me realise that I probably need to be a bit more patient and kinder to myself and give it more time.
