Hope you enjoy this slow Sixpack routine, with a little bit of stretching ♥︎ / Werbung I had a hard time developing this workout :D I wanted to have a killer BURN in my abs, without any fast movements and without being too intense. I wanted to have a calm workout, that is nice for a "slow" day, before bed or to wake up the body. OR on super hot summer days (hi August, you feel like a sauna). The first couple of minutes are very sixpack-focused, afterwards we work on overall core strength and in the end we calm down with stretching ♥︎ PS: 36°C while we were filming. I was sweating soooo much haha. ▸ I burned 50kcal in those 10min. It targets all of the ab muscles - upper, middle, lower and obliques, burns belly fat and makes your sixpack visible. If you do this workout regularly, you can see the results very quick. A slim waist is not impossible to achieve - it only needs discipline and a few crunches. I'm here to help! :) ▪️ Intensity: Medium ▪️ Recommendations: • Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion. This Boho Beautiful Core Challenge is the day by day guidance that you need to make sure you are including effective and challenging core exercises into your daily workouts in order to achieve your physical fitness goals. Through the 10 day calendar provided in the link, your challenge will be to include and complete our new 10 minute abs workout class but then to also combine it with the second suggested yoga workout, pilates, or fitness class provided in the calendar. This will make sure that for the next 10 days you are challenging your core like never before and seeing beautiful results in your abs and waisteline that you never expected.
