The power zone colors within Zwift don't exactly map to the commonly used Coggan zones, but they're very close. Being unable to find the specific % of FTP these related to in game, I found them within the workout editor. This video explains each color zone and where you'll find these used in workout mode, free riding (or racing), and in the activity analysis. The RSI is a momentum indicator that is widely used in the technical analysis community. The RSI is a simple indicator that measures the recent change in price to mark overbought and oversold levels that act as reversal points. The strategy that I will share today is based on the concept of RSI power zones that was introduced by a trader named Andrew Cardwell. Andrew studied the RSI indicator for several decades and developed some observations about the RSI in relation to the price. The RSI power zones are one of these observations.
