Close the lid of cooker. 3- Preheat it on the high flame and in the meantime, make its batter. 4- Add a cup if refined flour in a bowl, add 1.5 cups of sugar powder, a ½ cup of cocoa powder and mix all the ingredients using a strainer while filtering it. 5- Add a teaspoon of baking powder and mix all the ingredients well. 6- Stir to dissolve all the lumps from it and add a ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence to it. Add a 1/2 cup of olive oil to it. 7- Add ¾ cup of milk in the intervals and mix it well. 8- The batter is ready and it should have the pouring consistency. 9- Grease a container with some oil and place a butter paper in it. 10- Grease the paper too and add the batter in the container. 11- Tap the container to remove the bubbles from it. 12- Garnish it with chopped walnuts and add place the brownie in the cooker to bake. 13- Close lid of the cooker and cook for 50 minutes from the low to medium flame. 14- Insert a needle to check the brownie after 50 minutes. 15- The batter is not sticking to it because it has cooked. 16- The brownie has baked, let it rest to cool down for a while after removing from the cooker. 17- Separate the brownie from the corners and flip it over a plate. 18- Remove it and separate its paper from the bottom. 19- Tap it well and remove the brownie. 20 The brownie is ready to be served. 21- Chop into you desired shape and serve it. The Best Fudgy Brownies Servings: 9 INGREDIENTS 8 ounces good-quality chocolate ¾ cup butter, melted 1¼ cups sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla ¾ cup all-purpose flour ¼ cup cocoa powder 1 teaspoon salt PREPARATION Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. Chop the chocolate into chunks. Melt half, then save the other half for later. Mix the butter and the sugar, then beat in the eggs and vanilla for 1-2 minutes until the mixture has become fluffy and light in color. Recipe below: Ingredients: 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp boiling water 2 oz unsweetened chocolate 1 stick melted butter 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp vegetable oil 2 eggs + 2 yolks 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups granulated sugar 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour Salt (to taste) Cacao nibs (optional) Chocolate chips (optional) 1. Combine cocoa powder, coffee, and boiling water and blend. 2. Chop the chocolate and add to the bowl, whisking again until smooth. 3. Add melted butter, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla and blend again. 4. Now add sugar and whisk once again. 5. Add flour, salt, and any additional ingredients (nuts, chocolate chips, etc). Whisk one last time. 6. Pour batter into a greased pan lined with aluminum foil. 7. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 Fahrenheit (176 C), but start checking for doneness after 30 min. 8.
