While it was a great way to watch every damn movie, it wasn't very effective. Then I stumbled upon HIIT but that also had some drawbacks, the biggest one being that if you do it the way you're supposed to it will have a negative effect on your workouts. Recently I started doing what I call 5-10s. You hop on the step mill and start at a pace that you know with a ton of effort you will barely make it to 5 mins. Once you hit the 5 minute mark you crank the intensity every 15-20 seconds until you can't take it anymore. Your goal isn't to get there, it's to push yourself so hard that you can't make it to 10 minutes and this is something I do after EVERY workout. I haven't connected the dots yet and figured out why this is such an effective way to lose fat but I think it has something to do with increasing your V02 max. 10 mins warm up cardio best tretmill Intervall and 5 mins full on Hit after workout and 5 mins cooldown followed from icecold shower ;) Trust me, that will fucking boost you up.

I bike to work, on the job plus to and from the gym.. Lost 60 kgs.. Don't need the sucky stair master.. I am good when I get my 10,000 steps. Plus side is I am warmed up and sweating plus my joints are ready to rock when I hit my weight training program.. Never understood people whom drive to the gym and then get on a bike or stair master lol

I do 20 mins on the elliptical everyday at lvl 15-20… max lvl is 25… then I do my weight training.

I do a 10 min cardio before my workout and 20 minutes at reasonably high intensity after my workout 6 days a week... I'm consistently at the same weight, looking leaner and leaner. I guet what he is saying though... Stair stepper is a beast... But hey buddy get your damn hands off the rails and do stair stepper like a man!!!! 😂 😂
I personally choose two songs that is about 3 to 4 minutes (1999 by Charlie XCX : youtu.be/6-v1b9waHWY youtu.be/6-v1b9waHWY or Better Not by Louis the Child : u5kP_nfFVt4) u5kP_nfFVt4) - line it up - then I start with a good steady space - as soon as the beat drops (normally it drops 2-3 times per song and for a duration of 20-30 seconds), I go crazy. So after 2 songs - I've done 6-8 minutes of HIIT which did include 4 to 6 bursts. And I always do it at the end of the training. I've been losing .3 lbs per day since.
