I recently have been required to follow a low fat diet due to pancreas issues, and it has BOGGLED my mind how when I search for low fat resources, the first results are explicitly "low carb HIGH fat." I will say when I do low carb, which is pretty often, I definitely don’t feel hungry because the fat and protein is very filling. But I won’t lie, I love pizza and definitely wish I could eat pizza instead.
Keto is much fewer carbs than 100 grams a day. Going full keto for a week might have actually helped with the energy levels.
