I got 24/30. I'll take it :)
26/30 got 2 questions wrong in the easy section
This quiz really helps tho
Caloric defecit sounds like you need to restrain yourself from eating . That doesnt sound healthy , mentally speaking, at all. Just because science says calorie defecit = weight loss doesnt mean you need to eat less. Maybe you need to exercise more? To enjoy life more? To go walking on the beach more?
Science yes but drawing conclusions from scientific facts is another thing.
My result 18/30 correct
Without wrong answers, only with thing i just dont know.
22/30 💪🏻
Wasn't the last question very easy?
For question 12 I just took the quiz (saw this vid saw the first 10 sec etc went and took the quiz) and option D for question 12 is "hitting the same reps and load at a lower RPE" so have you changed the quiz? Hence that seems like the answer over increasing exercise variation although neither is really progressive overload lol
jesus i knew almost all the hard ones but not the short terms for answers
damn this test humbled me
You are already wrong on q1. You don't account for the effect of genetics and major studies on carb restriction. The laws of thermo dynamics don't apply in a straight line where complex systems like human dna and hormones are at play. You are taking the rule in a pure theoretical way and applying it to a complex system. You are just PLAIN wrong there
This is a test in how familiar people are with obscure studies
Fun way to learn Jeff. I'd love more of these. Well done.
Sadly test is down. :(
Had to do with the video.
Nxc5xt5CWgI&t=13m34s 13:34 this is the only question i got wrond (d) because i train 2 years and my body weight is 70kg and i bench 120
Damn, missed three of those, though I ain't a weight lifter, but a doctor. The jargon got me in the end.
im not gonna lie when you said anterior delts on the question at Nxc5xt5CWgI&t=5m00s 5:00 i thought that meant rear delts lol maybe some other people did that too
I got 14/30 - but as English isn't my first language I had to google some things. Nice test. There was like 10 questions I had absolutely no idea what would be the correct answer to (mostly the advanced AMRAP, IAP, all those shortened words).
It should be called: I Quizzed 100,000 Fitness Enthusiasts on Fitness.
It's essential in your data that it was conducted on your site - so def average knowledge of users will be higher as they came to your website for a reason. If you do this research on a more generic site - intermediate knowledge would be much lower for nonenthusiasts.
