Btw I called Cincinnati bell to help me fix this problem that you are talking about in this video and they didn’t even know of this button. They just went back to their grand ole van and grabbed a new router. Thank you my guy

After we reset it from the router can we just add it back on the app? So we don't have to reset up all the devices in the house cause I'm only able to get 25 devices and nest kicks devices off the network after that?
