So for meso, after exercising we can eat carb like rice? But if we not exercising we eat the others?
So im 19 years old and i hate being curvy i was wondering is there a way to lose the shape of your curves cause i guess i dont need to lose weight im only 120
I am a meso/ectomorph but ever since I hit puberty I started over-eating and gained soem weight, since November I've lost 2kg and looking much better however I am still only halfway through my weight loss journey. I've been doing 15 min cardio workouts at least 3 times a week and doing between 7000-15000 steps per day. I've also reducen my calorie intake by 500kcal (sometimes eatling less than that, and sometimes eating more- depending on the day/occasion). I try to remain hopeful and confident with my body, but as human as we all are, social media and those around us can quite easliy impact our thoughts. My tip for us all is that it's ok to have a cheat day once in a while, but to stay comitted and always know we will reach our goal in the end.
I'm an endomorph. Strength training first and then cardio has been best for me. Using resistance bands, moderate weights and higher reps helps. And lots of walking or cardio too, nothing too intense because being heavier causes more stress on my joints. . But like you said diet is key. Eating before workouts helps because it will help with the increase in appetite after workouts.
Meso-endo i would say, the rugby type 1,80m. What should i eat and what sport/exercise-type?

hey Joanna, im an meso-endo. I was wondering though, my tdee is 1450. so should I like eat only 950 calories per day if I follow the endo diet? currently im eating more than my tdee so it should be almost impossible for me to reduce from like 2000+ to 950. oh and if it helps my bmi is 18.9 to 19.1 depending on the calc I use.
Ugh carbs are the death of me. I did keto for a month and lost weight but man I couldn’t take it. But at least potatoes are a good treat for after a workout lol thanks for the video

Learning my body type is endomorph & helpful tips to lose weigh were great. Being endomorph with weight of 224 pounds I have no idea how many calories I should be consuming. Very stressful as I've lost 35 youtube.com/results?search_query=%23s #s then it just stopped.

I am definitely an endomorph and I absolutely struggle to lose weight…I’m also 55 and in menopause! I have shrunk quite a bit and took off some pounds and that’s due to lifting again! But, I have been wondering if I could benefit from more cardio and barre workouts, instead of traditional weight lifting! I want to lose some more pounds and get more lean!
