Cheat meals make no sense at all !! It's like being a dry alcoholic and drinking a shot of liquor once a week!! disastrous! !! To manage weight issues & become healthy, one should change their eating habits. Eating should be nourishment for your brain and body and not the desire to drown in sugars and unhealthy bullshit food. Once you understand WHAT "diet" really means and acknowledge HOW nutrition makes you feel, you might not even want that cheat meal 😉
