I wanted to tone up my legs and lose the fat on my booty especially on my thighs so I did 3days in a row a leg workout. I was in pain squatting. But now a day after, even if I worked out, it didn't hurt that much. What exercises would you recommend?

I don't think I understand what resistance cardio is... is it weights but at a faster pace to get the heart rate up?
