If you're not getting leaner as you get bigger than as simple as it sounds, you're probably doing one of three things wrong. First, probably not getting enough protein in, so if you're not getting a gram per pound of body weight, which is really conservative, I would say a gram and a half because what's the worst that can happen? You have horrible protein farts, and your wife leaves. You just take digestive enzymes. The second thing is you're not actually in a calorie deficit, that coffee creamer you have every single morning, or the fact you can't drink your protein shakes out your precious almond milk is now added up to a point where you're at a maintenance level of calories or worse, you're getting fatter... Lastly, you're not working out hard enough, and I see this a lot at the gym. You see somebody training legs you want to stop on the way out and say... no, try again. #buildmuscle #losefat #buildmuscle

Your body craves carbs often times because the bacteria in your gut is eating your nutrients. This is also why you’re freaking hungry all the time because you aren’t getting the nutrients you need. Detox with something like Diatomaceous Earth and get right

Just found the channel recently. Only watched a couple videos but love the channel!! Firstly, the humor is just off the chain hilarious. That said I also feel it speaks volumes about some of these ridiculous fitness claims that are being put out there. The information is invaluable and the delivery is absorbable for all levels and entertaining. I would challenge your comment about not doing cardio. I do agree that learning how to manipulate your nutrition successfully is most important but for those of us that are endomorphs or others with just horrible GPP cardio will be important and beneficial. If your GPP is so bad you crash after 2 sets ez bar curls then you're never really going to be able to make that mind muscle connection effective.

I did a diet for 1.5 months for hoping to lose 2-4 kilos. I ate just one meal at 3.30 PM because I need to calorie gap. I was eatin like 4500 calories a day and I dropped that to 2300 calories. But it doesn't worked at all... I just gained muscle but I can't rid of my fat belly. Dude it is freaking huge its just not disappear :D I drink water 5-6 liters a day I cut carbs... Anyway, Ryan how can I get rid of this 4 kilos? Should I take steroids for losing fat? I'm 26, 196cm height 100 kilos. Free to talk shit btw.

You should listen to your body and its cravings if you live in a hunter gatherer type of primitive society where the next famine is around the corner. Then the 30%+ body fat you've built up from the times of plenty will ensure your survival, and you can go on to reproduce more little humans whose bodies tell them pack in the lbs during the good times. I'm pretty sure that's where most of us came from.
Things have changed, though. The times of plenty are here to stay, and those biological cravings are now a liability that will lead to cardiovascular, metabolic, joint disfunctions and an early death.
Of course if famine does return, the fatties will rule the earth. In the meantime, the guys who take the initiative and get control of their diets and exercise will continue to monopolize the affection of the pretty girls.
