Great video brother. I really appreciate how you talked about the secret weapons i.e. supersets and drop sets. Those 2 techniques are what helped me breakthrough plateaus. I also alternate with heavy days, 3 to 5 rep max to super high volume and high rep, low weight workouts. Also being mindful about sleep and hydration helped greatly. One more pro tip, THE SAUNA! Why? Three words heat shock proteins!

Not buying this. No professional will ever agree on going 30 days straight without rest days unless you want injury like tendonitis , joints issues, bursitis or just get "overtraining" problems like muscle fatigue, weakness and muscular atrophy in overused muscles . You need rest days. They are just as important as working days. An amateur Youtuber won't say otherwise. It's called science. So why do you mislead people with your video title?

But you never actually dive into the topic of this video...
No statistics, studies, papers... nothing... yeah, eat healthy, eat a bit more calories if you want to gain muscle, train hart and train smart... motivation... but HOW MUCH CAN YOU GAIN?!
And there is a big difference between beginners and people who already have gained a lot of muscle mass.
There acutally ARE information you could have used available... so pretty disappointing video.
