How would recommend someone cut fat or has about 24-27 kilos to lose? I am a super busy mom of four who runs a daycare and counting calories has always been a massive struggle for me as some days I’m not that hungry and others I’m starving. Some days (most) my body is up for intense workouts but then others it’s yelling at me to stop (autoimmune diseases). I could use some advice lol. Looooove your channel and your content and my 8.5 year old daughter loves it too 🥰
