Learned a lot here from just on glute strengthening and will get to other topics that you have. Training and learning the correct concepts will always make you evolve more. You learn as you go along but only if you’re willing to adapt to different techniques. ❤ Thanks for all this info on glute training.

I think I have quadriceps tendonitis that's been hurting for 2 months all this is very overwhelming in a sense that I can't understand how the human body is so high maintenance so many things we have to do to function correctly, I look at animals and I never see animals having to do any of this stuff they don't have to learn how to jump or run they just do it,, the human body is so high maintenance
