This MASHUP of Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers clips on Ravel's famous WALTZ was made even before the term existed, more than 20 years ago, on a VHS analog edit system, from old worn out cassettes. Of course I didn't alter any of the music's or the clips tempos (the slow motion at the start belongs to the original film). Ravel's piece is conducted by Serge Baudo with the Orchestre National de Lyon. Excerpts are from RKO's THE GAY DIVORCEE, TOP HAT, FOLLOW THE FLEET, SWING TIME, CAREFREE and THE STORY OF VERNON AND IRENE CASTLE.
