Last year, I switched from "1 leg day per week" to "1 leg day per month." Since then, I've only missed 12 leg days. youtube.com/results?search_query=%23gymhacks #gymhacks

Thanks for linking source in the description. Not everyone has that courage.
I do 2 days because I struggle to motivate myself to start working out and doing it 4-6 times sounds awful
This is the least rigourous analysis ever. Why even bother making a video bro, you're not looking into the study, and instead just making your conclusions based on things you already think you know. Might as well just provide those and be done with it.
I do extremely frequency and volume. I have done so far years. One the most recents studies that came out showed volume is highly individual and im sure frequency is too. I stay basically what i am in my videos all year around. I am 41 and been lifting for 12 plus years non stop wifh no breaks. If you are the type of person who has done lots of training with no breaks for years you can lots of volume and frequency in my opinion. Most studies are done on relatively I experienced subjects and use the wackiest workout protocols. Nobody does workout protocols like the ones done in studies. Execisws science is absolutely one the most illegitmate branches of science when it comes to study validity.
I train 6 to 7 days a week. I notice more gains
My idea was training every day like
M push
T pull
W legs
T push
F pull
S legs
I’m a beginner and if I split my 3-days per week medium-intensity workout to a 6-days per week light-intensity workout, and keeping the total volume per week the same, then the result will be the same. Is that right? 😢
As a man who actively wants a bigger butt, I’ll never forget leg days!!
Continue to skip leg day 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
I do bench press every other day
I can’t join the discord group 🥲
I split up my work outs on multiple days because I like to do legs-push-pull two times a week, and it works better with my schedule (only have about 1 - 1.5 hours a day to work out) and recovery time (get two full days of rest for those body parts before exercising them again).
Is training once a week enough to gain noticeable result?
I train 6 days a week for 2 hours .

Now I have 4 balls💪
Hey I love leg day :(
I find that more days is better for body building while less days can be more effective for gaining strength.
I try to keep it to four days a week. M+T - off, wed + Thurs - gym, Fri - off , sat+sun gym
