This was an awesome video! I enjoyed watching you coach and learned a lot!
I was literally thinking I need to improve my deadlift today because I have a habit of rolling the bar down my legs. This video is super helpful!! X
Definitely more videos like these. There is nobody else who gives such clear and helpful advice in my opinion. So yes! More please❤️😊
Awesome, very useful video!
This was so cool to watch. You're such a sweet human!
I never realized you were supposed to exhale on the way up. I always thought you inhale, hold and brace, then exhale at the top. I'll have to try exhaling on the way up. Do you have a video on breath for squats? I tend to get light headed if I squat higher reps.
Almost didn’t watch because of prenatal in title. Realize this applies same to all. @ zzde8sIqbK4&t=9m35s 9:35 start/end = 💡 💡! ! Can’t wait for next week dl to apply.
I found that if you put your hands out near where the weight sits you will get good results when I started training like this I was surprised at the results I was married
Holy shit the breath cues on this changed my deadlift! I watched this last night and deadlifted today and finally was able to raise my deadlift training max after monthssss of being stuck
Love this - I also roll the bar down my legs in conventional DL, so will try this out!
I learned so much in this video. I didn't understand the breathe work, pelvic floor contraction until this video!
I love your videos Meg! They’re so informative and always so helpful!! You’re my ALL TIME lifter 💪🏼
Where can I sign myself up to be coached by Meg?🙋🏻♀️love you girl!!!
My boy is the sweetest, gentlest kid. His sister is… tough. Amazing, but so much more challenging to parent. Don’t fear boys, I say. 🥰
love from dubai ......................wish you be my guest here
Loved this video! And ultra relatable to me currently as I am myself 17ish weeks pregnant! I know not all can relate to pregnancy specific training vids, but would love to see more like this sprinkled in! 😊
Thank you for this video!! It's really helpful
Love this!! ❤️
I definitely have this lifter's problem of having my knees in the way. This was really helpful and I'd love to see more. I feel like the bar hits my shins pretty often.
