How do you guys do the exercises? Do you use them as circuit or all sets in a row per category? Meaning let's say you have
1.Push ups
3 sets x 5
2.Squats
3 sets x 10
Do you do push-ups 3 sets x 5 - one after another set to complete all 15 and then move to the other exercise or mix them circuit style?
you do 1 set x 5 pushups and after 1 set x 10 squats for x 3 times?

Just seeing your enthusiasm for gymming has reformed how I gym. I find myself getting so excited to lift, even if in an alternate dimension, training didn’t affect your visual physique at all, I would still do it, it’s just the greatest fun !!??!!
