Ah.. Hm, CORI! You ARE Crazy! but I love you😳🤪🤪🤪🙏☯️
Anyone know where I can get those workout sneakers she has ?
This woman is soooo good. I finally began to “get” (understand) the push-up. Thank you so VERY much.
Why does my Gym instructor tell me to keep my Elbows close to to my Side, not outwards, for the Triceps? 🙏☯️
Recently decided I need to learn how to get the basics of exercise down first. I can work the gym equipment but can’t do a good push up or have bad form and stability in a squat/lunge. Looks like the channel may be a step in the right direction. Thanks! ❤
I alway's thought your upper arms need to be parallel to your chest and not angular. Is that true? I feel like I workout a lot and do yoga but can't seem to do push ups.
Great tips about upper back strength.
This gave me some hope. I have never been able to do even one single push up properly, even when modified. I felt that I lacked the arm strength and sometimes it hurts my elbows (I have elbow tendonitis from overuse years ago and it still flares up from time to time if I'm not careful). However, I did work on my planks last year and was able to work my way up to 3 min planks. If I can hold a plank for that long, then surely that's one step closer to being able to do push ups?
I'm glad I found your channel. Now I understand why I struggle to do a push up. I injured my shoulder years ago and physical therapy didn't help. Over time, the right thoracic area became extremely weak, especially the right scapula muscle. Lately, I've been strengthening my up back (paying special attention to the scapula muscle) and using tennis balls to release the myofacial tissue. My right scapula muscle is getting stronger. I'll give it a little more time and then start doing push ups. Thanks so much.
You are fantastic at giving clear concise and simple instructions! I'm going to start working on my push-ups! Thank you!
What to do if my wrist are hurting during push-ups?
I hear you, but is it mind-body connection. Where’s the mind part? You’re talking about all body inclusive muscle
I am enjoying your communication skills and knowledge. I am going to have my partner check out your videos and see if your info will work for us. thanx.
My injured shoulder
I love your energy! Your videos have helped amp up my strength/enudurance. I love that you explain the importance of the back, and proper posture.

Great tip! Thank you I’m gonna try this
Hi Cory,
I’m coming from the other direction (so to speak) as a landscaper with strong back muscles who started yoga (particularly Ashtanga) to address poor stomach muscles, to protect my back.
In Ashtanga yoga we do a lot of push up like moves (chutterunga) and we are told to keep our elbows brushing our chest (close in, not flared) and often told not to dip so low that our upper arms dip lower than our elbows (less than 90 degrees).
I’ve found I’m developing shoulder pain a day after yoga and realised my elbows are not close to my body.
Also, I’ve had to on several occasions, let go of ego and regress to a very simple modification (picture an apparently strong looking male in a mostly flexible looking female class. - looks can be deceiving!)
Addressing form over difficulty was so beneficial! And I’ve noticed with many exercises (yoga or free weights) that correct form is much more difficult, but far better.
I’m just interested in your thoughts on having your elbows tucked close to your body, and stopping the pushup at 90 degree arms.
I can only do knee pushups at this stage but it definitely uses my upper back
