Day 2: Done ❤️ i felt sooo nice after finishing the workout at the end i added 1min plank to myself
Day 3: i took rest due to my muscle ache ❤️
Day 4: did the workout well, and i sweated. The my upper body feels sooo light and relaxed ❤️
Day 5: woaaah, i am drenched rn lol. I had some difficulties on doing lunges jump since i am going thru a knee ache. In the end i added 1 min plank.
Day 6: did the workout great 🔥 but still had difficulties with doing lunge jumps and i couldn't float my legs in Russian twist so i added 5 kg dumbbells to my hands.♥️
Day 7: yaaay finally pushed me thru it and completed the workout well 👍🏼i really hope i could lose weight but my eating habits have been messed ❤️
Day 8: i had works to do so i skipped the workout ❤️
Day 9: Did sooo well ❤️
So well guys I'll be doing this workout till end of this month. Sorry that i couldn't update further more due to my busy schedule ❤️

Most of the videos on YouTube that say “lose 4kg in 15 days “ I think yeah no way, but your videos always do what they say they will! I done the 3 day leg and belly aerobics one and saw a difference, was more energised and stronger in only 3 days.
