What exactly is the difference between building muscle and building strength? We typically confuse the two or believe they are one in the same, but how much of is it an actual overlap and how exactly do we train for strength or size (or a combination of both)? Let's find out! this is called pyramid training
Bro every man just wants to get to the perfect spot where you’re not too big but you’re pretty muscular and then just do strength training
This shit too complicated 😭
the over monetization if this platform pushes me towards other sources for information.
Thank you so much, finally a video that actually explains the different properly so that we understand😂😂
Doing this mixture right now, since I'm undergoing body recomp my main focus is to get both up as I lose weight, then when I'm done, it's endurance all the way baby.
DID YOU KNOW THAT BODYBUILDER IS A CHEAT ??
ENTERING A BODYBUILDER WAY
IS LIKE YOU SKIP THE MANUAL BOOK AND FORGET THE TRUE BUILDING CONCEPT
WHILE YOUR A FARMER
YOUR GAINING MUSCLE WHILE ADAPTING THE STAMINA AND ENDURANCE
BODYBUILDER CAN THROW A PUNCH SLOWER
COMPARE TO THE
LEAN MUSCLE AND FIT
Lean guy could avoid those punches without no hustle,
LEAN MUSCLE HAVE MORE REFLEXIS COMPARE TO HAVE MORE MUSCULAR,
ASK THE GRAVITY IT SELFT THE HEAVY YOU ARE THE SLOWER YOU ARE,
LETS SAY MUSCULAR ATTACK THE LEAN GUY
AND THE LEAN GUY CAN SEE THRU BEYOND SPACE THAT YOU ACTUALLY SEE IT BUT YOUR BODY REACT FASTER THAN THE MUSCULAR GUY,
Hahaha.. i really hate go to GYM
coz its just discust me
Im skinny but stronger than a gym builder
Why ?? Coz i reps is morethan the gym builder do
We BUILD ENDURANCE,STAMINA,FLEXIBILITY,REFLEXES,
and MOST OF ALL, STRENGHT
im sure GYM BUILDER cant lift 50kg above thier head while straighthing your both hands above ypur head
Overhead lift using hands not head.
Im 56kg asian skinny with visible.bone structure
And i can carry 100kg sack of rice above my head and lifting 50kg sack if rice above my head using my both arms lifting a sack of rice above my head and while lifting i throw it above morethan my height and can measure of morethan 8feet in distance or more
Do u exercise
Ok, ok, I hope this video being three years old doesn't prevent you from reading this, because no matter where I look I can't find an answer for this and it's really, REALLY starting to tilt me. You mention at the end to "find a valance", and everyone keeps talking about one training or the other, but what I am wondering is: where in the world is the conflict between the two?! For strength, what's important is intensity; and for hypertrophy, volume. But volume is precisely intensity * reps * sets. Why not simply use high intensity with fewer reps, resulting in the same volume? I have the high intensity, so it's strength training, and if I'm not losing volume, how is that not hypertrophy training as well?
bruh I slept while watching this video, not even trolling
It would be 1000 times better having super strength but having no muscular appearance rather than a super muscular appearance and but having regular stength.
bro didnt skip meat day imNWaHtGwnw&t=0m07s 0:07

I have trained my legs the past few months, squat went up from 110 pounds to 330 pounds. Very little to no muscle gain. I have been tracking muscle gain using dexa. I do 3 sets 15 reps. My thighs feel fuller and more pumped for sure, I dropped body fat so the aesthetic improved, by lean muscle mass has not improved 🤷🏾♂️. Btw , the rest of the body, chest or shoulders or back, just 10 percent to no strength gains. I was benching 110 pounds earlier, now I bench 130 pounds. Lats pull down nil gains, it is 120 pounds. My diet is almost maintenance levels but i do make sure I hit 1 gram per pound protein.
