in the past it was less biased.
Is this the same concept as hot and cold water cooler?
Hi Alex! I'm currently using Brita cartridges. It cost me around 20 box and I have to add 10 box every other month to get new cartridges. The xiaomi water dispenser seems like a good option at a fair price. Too bad you have to refill the water tank manually.
Hey Alex. I enjoyed all of your videos and subscribed but I would really like to know if you have any suggestion for refrigerator. It has been hard for me choosing on the factor of durability, services, repairs and availability. I'm from malaysia and I did checked a lot of brands however some of the reviews shows issues of after sale services. The brands that seems to be okay is not available here. :/
remove the water collection base and u can fit ur nike sports water bottle
Thank you for your review, I'm considering to get water filters mainly to not have to boil water so frequently for my family of 5, as well as to easily get cold water when the weather gets too hot. The Wish is one of the consideration mainly due to the filter being removable from the front, instead of from the side when some may not have the space to do that in a compact kitchen counter top. And there's only 1 tube of filter to change vs other models that has at least 2 tubes. As lazy as we can get 😆.
Hope you can do a comparison of some of the other brands like Sterra, Wells, Ruhens, etc in the future too! :D
Can these type of water dispenser works without the filters? Looking at the Wells The One model, but doesn't fancy the filters, just want it as a sleek water dispenser for convenience sake.
Have you tested their temperature claims?
I am single and is going to live alone in my new 2-room unit. I was considering getting a water dispenser but my friend told me it is not worth the investment and changing the filter will be costly since I am the only one using it. Instead I was recommended to just install a hot/cold piping from the water heater to my tap water and just drink from there... Although our tap water is safe to drink, it would be good to have water filtration for my water consumption. I'm so lost on what's the best option for me. T_T
Why not drink direct from the tap? CNA documentary shows the difference to be negligible?
Hey Alex, great video! Though I just wanted to point out a small error @ lpx2wiqzNY4&t=12m49s 12:49 whereby it's supposed to be Pros & Cons rather than Pros & Pros!
Hey Alex, actually the 3M HCD2 water dispenser can dispense hot water with higher temperature. All you need to do, hold the “hot” button and you will know
Thank you Alex for your extensive review of our WISH Series. We're glad to hear that this new upgrade from your H2300 is serving you well. Cheers!
nice video as always! review more units if possible please. Hahaha
Great video! Can I ask what do you and your circle of friends feel about Sterra and others at similar price points around 1.5k?
We've had a poor experience with the Hydroflux H2300 model, having used it for close to 2 years.
We researched on many brands and models before deciding to invest $2K+ on the H2300, BUT condensation issues surfaced less than a year after using it. The water dispenser has a lot of condensation on its external body, and there's so much condensation leakage that it affects our new kitchen carpentry.
Even more frustrating is the after-sales service. Hydroflux states lifetime on-site warranty, but our unit was sent back once to fix and came back with condensation leakage worsened. We're still waiting to fix it. (Note that the only way to request for servicing is to call via phone, however they usually say they'll check and call back but have been unresponsive.)
Overall a water dispenser has been essential to our lifestyle for its convenience and accessibility! We are just hesitant to recommend Hydroflux to our friends, not sure if it's just we suey with a dysfunctional condensation model, but the chronic issues for our dispenser in our new home have been quite frustrating.
Great video as always Alex - engaging and informative! The idea for app integration with water dispensers and reminders to drink water will be useful. Cheers!
