What case is smaller then the apple case id buy them just for the smaller case can't find a pair with a smaller case
A little flat? compared to air pods???
Immediately stopped listenting to this guy.
I haven’t been able to wear the 2 previous Apple EarPods due to allergy although I have not tried the new (I assume will be the same). I went with the first Bose QC Earbuds and am now waiting on delivery of my new Bose EQ II. Im glad I settled on Bose, they just seem so much more solid and better bass sound and noise cancellation. I’m excited to receive my new ones.
I just wish the Bose case had a lanyard holder or something and there aren’t as many 3rd party sellers making as many case covers for Bose.
I just switched to BOSE few days ago, I had the airpods 1st gen, and I bought them on the release data, so 3 years ago, the 1st gen is terrible, they have a noise consolation problem, when the Nice consolation is on and I’m on a call they have static noise, and the noise cancellation not the same on both airpods, there is a recall for this problem but not all serial numbers included in this recall, in 3 years I already changed them 2 time due to this problem and just recently I had the same problem again and now when I went to Apple store to change them, they checked them and the airpods didn’t pass the check and they said yes it does have a problem but we are sorry your Airpods is not eligible for the recall anymore and if you want to fix it you have 2 choices, you buy replacement Airpods, $90 each which makes them about $196 including tax, or send them to Apple Service and the service will cost $229 + handling and shipping which probably will bring the price to $250
I gave Airpods a try and now I’m done, I’ll give the BOSE a try and hopefully they work better than the Airpods. Also the other thing that made me change from Airpods to BOSE, I go in a lot of online meetings on my computer so I connect my Airpods to my windows computer and it is a hustle, to the point that makes me feel that Apple gave me the option to connect to windows but they are punishing me because I’m using a windows not a MAC, to connect them just a hassle, every time I need to use them on my computer I have to make sure my iPhone and iPad Bluetooth is off and them my watch gets disconnected too. And when I first paired the airpods to my computer the mic did not work, so I called Apple support to ask about that and they said oh the problem is from your windows computer so go call Microsoft, then I called Microsoft and they were like oh the problem is from your Airpods so go call Apple, both of the companies were like kids, no one wants to admit that the problem is from them, and in my opinion the problem is from the airpods and the way Apple program there products. You may say why would turn off the Bluetooth on my phone, because if I don’t turn it off the phone has the higher priority so sometimes I’m in a meeting on my computer and my Airpods are connected to the computer then I need to check something on my phone I unlock the phone and then the airpods disconnect from the computer and connect to my phone. With the BOSE, all these issues just disappeared, and the mic issue which was the most annoying issue didn’t even happen, the first time I connected it it just worked.
I don't care how good the Airpod pro sounds. The fact that Apple is so arrogant to not have an app on Android is a deal breaker for me.
I like the air pods cuz the case makes sound when u lose them cuz I misplace stuff
these headphones are gonna break in less than a year. No wireless headphones last a number of years. Ask your bank account
I bought the Bose and had to return it. It is not seamless at all, sometimes it wouldn’t connect at all and I have to go into settings to manually turn them on EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to listen to music or make a phone call. I found myself leaving them at home 90% of the time because I wasn’t enjoying it. It sounds great but the hiccups were not worth it. Just received my AirPod pro yesterday and I must say they are great. If you are used to the apple AirPods like I am, you may not like the Bose because it’s not seamless. Besides the AirPods sound really good and noise cancellation is great. The Bose kept falling out of my ear, I honestly really wanted to love the Bose, and I wanted to replace AirPods because after a year and a half they start messing up, this is about my 6 apple AirPod in different generations of course but all of them start having static after the warranty is over hence why I wanted to go to Bose but I guess I’m back to apple and I’m enjoying it
If a reviewer is saying qc2 are flat sounding, unsubscibe him immidiatly
AirPods Pro 2 has better microphone . I have it for a month now and I m loving it .
I want eq, thats what ive been looking for. Its been afew years since it was common. Ive seen it on soundcore but few others. And to control eq and nc from an app atleast.
I bought both of these and I went the Bose. Bose has the best sound, noise cancellation, and most importantly, they stay rock solid in your ears. The noise canceling is better then even the airpod maxes!!
Just got Bose QC 2 and I have never heard a pair of earbuds/headphones that have sounded so good
You may be forgetting that Airpods Pro has Spatial Audio and Dolby Atmos in the audio quality part.
By far the most balanced and honest comparison of the two out there (check out the sheepish fanboy version at macrumors). Subscribed!
You nailed it right away - make sure they fit first! In my case the boses v 1 stay put no matter the somersault, while the ‘pods almost ended up in the bowl I don’t know how many times. And ANC-wise Bose is miles ahead.
However, including a mic test to compare call sound quality would have made this review complete.
IMHO, for v1 of both:
Bose: best ANC and SQ, will fit many more ear shapes
Airpods Pro: better call quality, will either fit or not, great for use with an AppleTV (spatial audio being a close replacement for a multi-speaker system).
So the verdict is: get both
If you can.
As for v2s: no strong reason to upgrade either.
I've been using the Bose QC earbuds 2 for two weeks. Everything works better when paired with an iphone. When paired with my S22+, sometimes the Bluetooth doesn't reconnect automatically; sometimes the left ear doesn't work. Overall, the sound quality is awesome and the Bose Music app has some very cool features, but it doesn't show the battery life on the case and I have the most updated firmware. Though, I wouldn't pay the full price for the Bose.
What about for an iphone 13 pro owner that wants the best audio quality when riding a bike or running outside? Due to the lack of ldac in iOS...
I love how people say only 18 hours. If u need more than 18 hours of earbuds in a 2 day span u need some more hobbies
The Bose don’t sound better. The EQ fiddling is a red Herring. No pre amp at all is no pre amp at all. Digitally punching the bass / mid / treble is artificial and after a while you can hear it actually creates a really wearing listening experience.
The APP2 sound more ‘analogue’ in their presentation, which grows with time.
