Friends, Friday, July 29, is the feast of Saints Mary, Martha, and Lazarus. In them we find the three great tasks of the Church: to worship God, to care for the poor, and to evangelize. These are my three priorities as the Bishop of Winona-Rochester. As I shared during Vespers, at my Installation Mass, and at the Mass of Thanksgiving, this is our great calling. The Church does not have a mission; the Church is a mission. We must declare the Resurrection of Jesus boldly to the world.
Nothing Original about Christianity
-New Testament copied from Jewish Old Testament
-Bibles are copycats of previous bibles.
-Jesus was a Jew.. suspected evidence of his existence.
-Easter a pagan ritual
-25th dec church decided DOB of Jesus
to override winter solistce a pagan festival.
Christianity a WHITE man's fraud scheme to enslave nonwhite people.
King James Version
4 Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.
2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.
3 For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
4 For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works.
5 And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest.
6 Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:
7 Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.
8 For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.
9 There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.
10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.
11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.
12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
For many, idolatry is only configured if they are pagan idols. If it's from Catholic saints, then it's not idolatry. Idolatry is anything that places itself as more important than God. Examples: A person has the custom of going to church on Sundays; but if that day her team is playing, she won't go, she prefers to see the game, the team is more important. The Catholic says that he only venerates the saints, he does not worship; but veneration, praise, celebration is part of worship. There is no biblical text that says we have to do this for the saints but only for God. Those angels made by Moses and Solomon for the temple never received any of that. There are people who say they don't have time to pray, read the Bible, go to church, because they work and study. For her all this is more important than God. I have to take care of my children, my husband, I can't, I can't! Many are passing into eternity and getting lost because Jesus is the only one who can save, he is the only one who paid the price on that cross for us. It was not his mother Mary, nor Peter, John, Paul, nor any saint, but only him.
God bless you Bishop in your new locale🙏

Unfortunately Jesus if we believe only mentioned love once dosnt appear that is what he considered his father's will more obedience trust and very often sharing and friendship, he called everyone friends his mirror healing proceeded by friemd it is them not necessary to love to be righteous in Jesus
It is only mary who the people of the synagogue follow not martha Jesus had exactly the same conversation with martha as mary but mary counts martha doesn't are mary and martha the same person one ignored one foll9but both the same ,martha and mary like twins ,the difference by our perception love martha love mary that's our choice ,and as martha appears to be the lesser ,leaves me still searching.
I still don't think we understood the martha mary Lazarus story,
We are missing something, or I am
