This "micro-biota" and what not subject has become a real buzz topic, but no one actually quantifies or gives a specific before and after of what changed. All they say is you will get healthier, feel better, etc. It makes it sound like pseudoscience.

Yeah, they reckon eating fibre is good for ya, so I started eating my girlfriend's jeans, 'cos jeans are fibrous, while she's still in 'em. She didn't mind until we went to a restaurant. I didn't mind until one day I checked the calendar.
Anyway, that's how I used to get fibre.
Now I'm total carnivore, so I don't have to worry about that crap anymore. Carnivore diet is one of the best things I've done. As far as fibre goes, flesh/meat is fibrous, exempli gratia - miscle fibre.
