Does your overhead press stink? Make it easier by pausing in the rest portion of the lift instead of the point where your muscles are actively working. This one trick will make you look much stronger while not actually making you stronger
Pause at the bottom and at the top. 3 seconds down, then explode up. Anything faster isnt worth it.
