I purchase the Arlo door bell about 6 to 7 months ago. I called today because it wasn't connecting to my wifi and also wasn't ringing. I paid $4.00 dollars a month that when I asked they told me it will work to record for a month and I shall not have any problems.....Well today was a different story!Β I was told that I had to paid $129 to $229 to keep recording and to have a record of the library. Customer Service was rude and nasty. I was pissed!Β People please do your research before buying any thing with Arlo.Β
Plus it won't connect to my wifi.Β
SHM what type of customer service yall have in your company ?
Can you have multiple cameras running at the same time (like 4 in quarters) ?
Is there a way to have the Arlo cameras show up on Google Home when it detects movement?
