Good Morning/Evening Andrew,

I love your stuff, i'm 21 and you've inspired me to start making my wellbeing a priority; the changes i have made through your influence have had a massive impact on my Physical, Mental and habitual health. The only Kicker is that i suffer with Psoriasis and struggle to find comprehensive research on tackling this that doesn't conflict with other things i read, of course Psoriasis is an Auto-Immune disease so i found episode #44 & #62 indirectly related however not completely applicable.

Im from the UK so Living in a country with free healthcare is great however the waiting list i am on before seeing a dermatologist is a year plus long and i'm dying to know what i can do now from a source i trust such as yourself, i know a large amount of people personally with various skin conditions who have the same issues as i and would greatly, greatly appreciate your insight on the subject.

Apologies in advance; i am going to post this in the comments sections all over your social media praying you will see this; so, please do not think negatively of me for the spam that is about to ensue.

An interesting future study would be the effects of frequent exposure to Huberman [maybe averaging 10min/ day] and its effect on mood disorders, healthspan, lifespan etc.

Watched a video of Andrews a while ago about sleep. I decided to give up caffeine . I was only a one or 2 cup of coffee drinker daily. I gave it up and I cannot believe the difference in my deep sleep. I hadn’t been dreaming for a long time now I dream every night.

Since this AMA I've been waking up at 4AM to work out for ~ vZ4kOr38JhY&t=1m00s 1:00 h to vZ4kOr38JhY&t=1m30s 1:30 h and then immediately mixing my morning coffee with some cream liqueur or scotch whisky and spark up a joint.
Never slept better! ✌️😂🙏

Does include all forms of alcohol? I don’t commercial alcohol, such wine, beer, spirits etc. however I do consume fermented foods for gut health, more specifically raw A2, grass fed Kefir... do you think the kefir will have adverse effects on sleep as I’ve started waking up in the middle of the night and struggle to fall asleep agIn. I was getting 10hrs of sleep.... Thanks Andrew.
