I have cut out all sugar long ago used to weight 100kilos at the age of 14 and I was barely eating, but I was downing 2-3 bottles of coke (2L) a day, so my weight was maintained by mainly sugar back then, so when I started tracking my calories and I quit all sugary drinks it was really easy to drop 40kg and maintain the deficit because while I was loosing it I was probably eating twice as much I wasn't even used eating that much when I was fat drinking 1000s of calories is easy but eating them is a lot harder especially because I was eating high satiety foods, but I still have love handles sadly I am consistently working out now and I also do cardio after my workouts I have been seeing results small ones for now but I will keep going and they will fully go away , at the point after I lost all the weight I was 60 which for my height was almost underweight (1.80cm) and having love handles made me feel disgusting cuz I was skinny fat XD

It has been 2 months since i started going to the gym..im not rlly on a diet i try to eat as healthy as possible..im 183cm and started out with 105kg and now im at 96kg bcs im not on a diet i just go to the gym 4-5 times a week i walk all day since i deliver food..but im rlly worried about my ass..all my fat has stored in my ass and belly and since i lost quite good portion of my belly my ass has not changed..can anyone help me out and tell me an efficient exercise to lose ass fat

Most diets fail because people are INSULIN RESISTANT and the only way to be successful in losing weight is NOT through calorie restriction because the body adapts to the new calorie intake by lowering the Basel Metabolic Rate (plateauing), so then you have to reduce your calories again; eating in a calorific deficit is NOT SUSTAINABLE, you need to reduce your eating window and cut back on carbs while still maintaining the required calorie intake for your size.
