You're amazing selfless teacher and advocate. Im sooo thankful some how that pandemic lead me to you. Anyone females try the “heavier lifting” method and didn’t bulk up? Im really hearing a mix of both - lifting heavy will make you lean , and lifting heavy with make you bulky. I want to be lean. Any advise?

I have always linked word 'diet' with starvation, until I discoverd website Agoge Diet. With their diet plan, I am never hungry and I am still losing weight. Amazing!!!
