hi i'm 15 .i really want to lose some weight .sadly i'm 49kgs right now .i want to get to 40-42 kgs. actually i have heavy chest and my lower belly fat is too much for me !!! any suggestions would help.. thank you would really appreciate your help 💖.(diet exercise etc) i need something in less time due to school and other stuff ! thanks a lot💕
