I am actually trying to gain weight lol. I used to weigh 108 pounds Wich was a decent weight but ever sense I started eating healthy I have continuously dropped down in weight. I currently weigh 102 pounds. I always feel like I have this insatiable hunger too haha. I am trying to find healthy foods that I can eat as I don't want to binge eat to much unhealthy foods. <3 Thanks for making this video dear! 💕

You can also cook potatoes with the micro-wave: at full power, put it on a plate , cover it with a micro wave-bell so the steam stays more, start with five minutes and check how cooked it is. You can also cook brocoli this way and an omelette : mix the eggs in a plastic or glass container (you don't need to cover) during two minutes. The more food you have the more time it will take. The advantage of the micro-wave is that you cook the food with its own water.
Many thanks for the great video. I tried to follow your advice and eat less of those healthy foods, but my fridge was full of leftovers and most of them ended up in a bin. Especially avocados- they turn brown straight away and become hardly edible. Seems like it's very expensive way of eating. If you have any tips about eating less without food wastage, I would be very grateful. Thank you in advance.

Men... fat is ok.. its the sugar that is bad for us. For woman.. fat isnt as good for them. We need it. Ps. Love the asian diet.. but stay away from soy. SOY boosts estrogen over time. Great for girls.. bad for men. (Western men) .
